While we were in the Midlands, we also visited St Andrews for their game against QPR and run number 3. We were able to do the laps at half time so it was our first time in front of a full crowd. Hughie wasn’t well so struggled a bit with this run but Freddie helped him through and they completed the 3rd out of 100 grounds. It was a 0-2 win for QPR but it was a good atmosphere and we had a brilliant reception from both sets of fans. We were able to go into the Jasper Carrot lounge after the game to chat to the corporate fans about our challenge and our Pride Of Britain awards and we saw Les Ferdinand as we were leaving. It was a great day despite the home result – a huge thankyou to everyone who looked after us at the club and to the fans who helped us raise more money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
